Bangkok / 10 September 2559 (21.30pm) -- Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited requires passengers’ collaboration not to use or charge Samsung Galaxy Note 7 anytime on-board, and the smart phone is not allowed to be stowed in any checked baggage.
According to the statement of EASA and FAA in regards to the advice of the use of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and for the safety of passengers, Bangkok Airways requires passengers’ collaboration not to use or charge Samsung Galaxy Note 7 during flights and the smartphone is not allowed to be stowed in any checked baggage. Should passengers find any portable electronic device broken, damaged, producing heat or smoke please contact a cabin crew immediately.
